Dear Thom,
My painting came today, and I don’t know if I will truly be able to say with words what I am feeling ….never in my wildest imagination was I prepared for what I took out of the box today.
Awesome is such an over used word these days, but it truly is the only word that fits… I didn’t know whether to laugh with joy or to cry in pain, it is breath taking and heart breaking at the same time. It’s the lifelike quality and the sparkle in her eyes which got me the most.. She seems so near and so alive and its like she’s about to say something..... oh my god, Thom, I am so filled with emotion… I know you’ll think I’m losing it, but I’m just overwhelmed with this painting.. Its so much more than I anticipated. 100% perfect, doesn’t come close to what this painting is… The exact moment when the last scrap of wrapping paper came off, it was instantly my most cherished possession....
